We will not retouch hair that was not done by us.

 

For optimal results, your hair must be purchased from Nubian Bar for installation. We only work with high quality HD lace and raw Mongolian human hair.

Appointments can be booked up to 24 hours before your desired appointment time for hair that is in stock. Your hair must be purchaed at least 10 days in advance for out of stock natural color hair and at least 15 days in advance for out of stock custom color hair to allow us time to prepare it. Send a text to (954) 280-2124 or email contactus@nubianbar.com for inquiries on stock hair.

 

We are new to our location and are currently undergoing renovations. For that reason, we are unable to offer wash or condition services. Please come to your appointment with a clean scalp. For hygienic purposes, we will not do an install on dirty, damp or offensive smelling hair.

If you are reusing hair, please wash and dry it before your appointment. We will not install dirty or damp hair.

We are open Monday - Saturday. If there are no appointment times available for a specific day, that means we are fully booked for that day. Send a text to (954) 280-2124 or email a request to contactus@nubianbar.com if you'd like to be added to a waiting list for a specific day.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to do a frontal install if your hairline is too low. We require that you are able to fit at least four fingers between your edges and eyebrows. Please email a clear photo to contactus@nubianbar.com if you are unsure.

 

To secure your appointment, all hair and lash appointments require a $20 deposit that is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in store by cash or card. The name on your card must match the name on your government issued ID. No exceptions.

Deposits are refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to make your appointment, we would really appreciate a call or text in advance.

 

Sorry, but due to scheduling purposes your appointment is automatically cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Your deposit can be transferred to another appointment time.

Our interior waiting lounge is reserved only for guests who are being serviced. Any extra guests may wait at our exterior waiting area downstairs by the fountains.

 

If the service is not listed, then we do not provide it at this time. :-)
